Sabrina Carpenter
Sabrina Carpenter had an amazing year in 2023, touring for her recently released album, “Emails I Can’t Send,” while also captivating audiences when opening for Taylor Swift on “The Eras tour.”
Carpenter first found success as an actress, starring in Disney Channel’s “Girl Meets World,” and began her music career a decade ago. She most recently dropped her fifth studio album, “Emails I Can’t Send,” which is full of glittery dance-pop hits and groovy pop ballads.
Each night of the tour, Carpenter sang a different version of the outro on “Nonsense,” a single from “Emails I Can’t Send,” tailoring the lyrics to that specific city or festival. “Feather,” a song off of the deluxe edition, “Emails I Can’t Send Fwd:” recently went viral, as a TikTok sound and as a fan favorite on the Eras tour setlist.
Carpenter is sure to have another big year in 2024, opening for more upcoming Eras tour dates in Asia, and playing at festivals like Coachella and Governor’s Ball in NYC.
Caroline Polachek
Caroline Polacheck is no newcomer to the music industry. She began making music in 2005 after co-founding the indie-pop band, Chairlift. In 2019, She began her solo pop career with her debut pop album, “Pang.” Her song, “So Hot You’re Hurting My Feelings,” went viral and saw a boost in streams in the past year.
In 2022, Polacheck opened for Dua Lipa on tour, and last year, Polachek released her critically-acclaimed second album, “Desire, I Want to Turn Into You.”
From her captivating NPR Tiny Desk concert and slideshow-filled live performance of the recent single, “Dang,” to screaming at geese and making bold sonic and visual choices, Polacheck has continued to showcase her talent and creativity. With a strong fan base and an extensive history of collaborations with other artists, Polacheck is set to continue her success.
Reneé Rapp
Reneé Rapp began her music career on Broadway, starring as Regina George in the Mean Girls musical. She released her debut pop EP in 2022, “Everything to Everyone,” and her debut album, “Snow Angel,” last year.
Rapp has recently gained traction for reprising her role as Regina George in the recent Mean Girls musical movie, and for her honest, unfiltered nature during interviews. She was recently a musical guest on SNL this past weekend, and is set to perform in various festivals in 2024, including Coachella, Bonnaroo, and Governor’s Ball.
With a powerful voice and a clear passion for performing, Rapp is likely to continue growing, both in the music and show business.
Suki Waterhouse
As another singer-actress, Suki Waterhouse is known for her ethereal pop single, “Good Looking,” and for starring in the “Daisy Jones & The Six” adaptation miniseries. In addition to acting and music, she is also known for being a model.
Waterhouse began her music career years ago, releasing her first single back in 2016. She released her debut album, “I Can’t Let Go,” in 2022, and was constantly on the road in 2023, performing at her shows and going on press tours for “Daisy Jones.”.
Recently, Waterhouse released a new single, “OMG,” which is the first single off of a new album, coming later this year. She is slated to perform at Coachella, gearing up for a remarkable year in 2024. Simultaneously, she is making waves in the music scene and welcoming the arrival of her baby!
